264. Pepper & Herb Crusted Chicken w/ Steamed Butter Broccoli!
Perfectly sauted chicken seasoned beautifully with herbs and jamacain spices w/ some buttered & steamed broccoli florets.
Ingredients
- Chicken - Bone In Breast, Wing, or Thigh
- Thawed Out Broccoli Florets
- Ground Cloves
- Organic Ground Nutmeg
- McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- Organic Bayleaf Seasoning
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Butter
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your chicken liberally with ground clove seasoning, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and bayleaf seasoning.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle some oil in a baking dish and place your baking digh in the oven to get hot.
- Hard sear your chicken on both sides for about 4 minutes. Place in the oven baking dish and bake for abour 15 minutes. Set aside.
- Puts lots of butter in a sandwich bag along with your thawed out broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper, close your sandwich bag pretty tight, then put it on a plate, and pop in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
