Pepper & Herb Crusted Chicken w/ Steamed Butter Broccoli

Perfectly sauted chicken seasoned beautifully with herbs and jamacain spices w/ some buttered & steamed broccoli florets.


  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your chicken liberally with ground clove seasoning, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and bayleaf seasoning.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle some oil in a baking dish and place your baking digh in the oven to get hot.
  3. Hard sear your chicken on both sides for about 4 minutes. Place in the oven baking dish and bake for abour 15 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Puts lots of butter in a sandwich bag along with your thawed out broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper, close your sandwich bag pretty tight, then put it on a plate, and pop in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
