281. Indian Kofta Curry!



Delicious ground lamb balls sauted in a traditional Indian sauce.

Ingredients
    Directions
    1. In a food processor add your ground lamb, diced white onions, chopped chillies, and fresh chopped coriander leaves. Blend well and form into meatballs.
    2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute your diced onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger for about 5 minutes. Add some of your tomato juice, chili powder, turmeric powder, sea salt, garam masala seasoning, cinnamon, coriander powder, and a good amount of water, mix well.
    3. Bring to a boil then turn your heat down to a simmer, place your meatballs in your sauce, cover with a lid and simmer for about 30 minutes occasionally turning your meatballs. Plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
