Szechuan Beef & Mushroom Top Ramen

A delicious spicy beef and mushroom stir fry with szechuan sauce and beef flavored ramen noodles.


    1. Cook your Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain a lot but leave a little liquid in there to keep it kind of saucy. Set aside
    2. Dice your steak into medallions. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Toss in your steak medallions, sliced mushrooms, and diced onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook while turning for about 2 minutes.
    3. Pour in some szechuan sauce, season with some crushed red pepper and cook while stirring for about 3 minutes. Toss in some chopped chives, cook while turning for about a minute.
    4. Plate your noodles, top it off with your szechuan steak and mushrooms, garnish with some more chives and season with some more crushed red pepper flakes if you like and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
