287. Smoky Crispy Skin Pork Belly!
Super tender smoke flavored crispy skin pork belly.
Ingredients
- Pork Belly
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- Butter
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Badia Smoked Paprika
- Colgin Gourmet Liquid Smoke
Directions
- Make some slits into the skin of your pork belly. Preheat your oven on 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your pork belly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear your pork belly skin side down for about 8 minutes, drizzle some liquid smoke on your pork belly.
- Transfer your pork belly to a baking dish and into the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides. I served mine with some rosemary boiled potatoes. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
