Smoky Crispy Skin Pork Belly



Super tender smoke flavored crispy skin pork belly.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Make some slits into the skin of your pork belly. Preheat your oven on 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your pork belly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear your pork belly skin side down for about 8 minutes, drizzle some liquid smoke on your pork belly. 
  2. Transfer your pork belly to a baking dish and into the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides. I served mine with some rosemary boiled potatoes. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
