Red Wine Vinegar Salmon Egg Rolls

Uniquely tasty, crispy homemade egg rolls with salmon and cabbage.


  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season some broken up cabbage with salt and pepper and saute for about 6 minutes while stirring. Take out and set aside.
  2. Add some more oil to the pan. Season your salmon with salt and cayenne pepper and saute while breaking up into very small pieces for about 6 minutes. When your salmon goes in pour in a little red wine vinegar and continue cooking while breaking up and stirring. Take out and set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix together some flour and water until it becomes pasty, set aside. Lay out your egg roll wrappers and place your salmon pieces and cabbage on your egg roll wrappers in a diagonal line. 
  4. Roll the two corners where your filling is in a little then roll your egg rolls using your flour and water paste to stick it tightly together.
  5. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add some oil a half inch up the pan. Fry your egg rolls for about 10 minutes on all sides combines or until your egg rolls have reached a golden brown color. Enjoy!
