Buttermilk Bucatini w/ Turkey Bacon



Creamy  & cheesy bucatini pasta with seasoned turkey bacon. 

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your noodles for about 6 minutes or until al-dente. Take out, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your turkey bacon with salt and pepper and sear on both sides for about 3 minutes. Place on paper towels to soak up the excess oil. Slice thin.
  3. Heat another pot on medium high heat and pour in some buttermilk. Toss in your pasta, mix well, drain and plate. Mix in your turkey bacon, add some parmigiano reggiano, and garnish with your chopped parsley and chopped oregano, enjoy!
