Crockpot Chicken & Potato Soup

A creamy soup with chicken and potatoes beautifully seasoned.


  1. Turn your instant pot on to saute and add lots of butter. As your butter starts to melt saute your diced onions and minced garlic for about 4 minutes while stirring.
  2. Pour in a little chicken broth, lots of cream of chicken soup, your potatoes, your chicken, salt, pepper, and rosemary sprigs. Stir and mix well.
  3. Place the lid on your pressure cooker, set the vent valve to sealing and cook on medium pressure for about 12 minutes then release the pressure.
  4. Wait for the steam to release and the pin drops, while you wait mix together in a bowl some flour and milk.
  5. When the pin drops and steam has released mix in your flour and milk and turn your pressure cooker to saute. Saute while stirring for about 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
