Ground pork beautifully seasoned with asian flavors and sauted apples wrapped in fresh romaine lettuce spears.
Ingredients
- Ground Pork
- Chopped and Diced Apples
- Romaine Lettuce Spears
- Butter
- Hoisin Sauce
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Kikkoman Japanese Soy Sauce
- Organic Minced Ginger
- Season Rice Wine Vinegar
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Korean Red Pepper Powder
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil. Cook your ground pork for about 10 minutes (or until cooked all the way through) stirring and breaking apart.
- Season with some hoisin sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, minced ginger, rice wine vinegar, and korean red pepper powder. Take out and set aside.
- Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Toss in your diced apples, cook and mix well for about 7 minutes.
- Mix your apples in with your pork. Plate and serve in your romaine lettuce spears. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
