Wonderfully seasoned ground chicken sauted with thaiwanese flavors.
Ingredients
- Ground Chicken
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Thai Seasoning Blend
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Julienned Carrots
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Mint
- Sambal Oelek Chili Paste
- Red Boat Fish Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Sugar
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your ground chicken, and carrots. Season with sugar, thai seasoning, crushed red pepper, and minced garlic. Turn your heat down low and mix well.
- Add some chili paste, fish sauce, and fresh squeezed lime juice and continue to cook while stirring for about 8 minutes or until your chicken is cooked all the way through. Plate and garnish with your cilantro and mint. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
