Juicy oven roasted pulled chicken with Lebanese flavors and pan seared & seasoned broccolini.
Ingredients
- Bone In Chicken Breasts & Thighs
- Sliced White or Red Onion
- Organic Chicken Stock
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- McCormick Organic Shawarma Seasoning
- Lea & Perrins Original Worcestershire Sauce
- Broccolini
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Butter
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Poke holes in your chicken. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and your shawarma seasoning.
- Pour some chicken stock and worcestershire sauce into a baking dish, place your chicken in the pan and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes occasionally basting.
- During the last 15 minutes toss in your onions. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. As your butter starts to melt season your broccolini with and salt and pepper and saute your broccolini for about 20 minutes occasionally turning.
