196. Spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken!



Deliciously spicy Jamaican jerk chicken with traditional flavors and a spicy sauce.

Ingredients
    Directions
    1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and some oil up the pan about an inch. Lightly season your your chicken with ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and organic bayleaf seasoning.
    2. Fry your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes to get a nice char on them. Transfer your to a baking dish, brush on a good amount of your jamaican jerk sauce, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
