Buttered Brioche Cheeseburger



A delicious medium well burger seasoned and seared to perfection with cheese and a buttered toasted brioche bun.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Butter down both sides of your brioche bun. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your burger patty liberally with season all. Sear on both sides for 5-7 minutes flipping occasionally.
  3. During the last 2 minutes top your burger off with some of your shredded cheddar cheese, cover so the cheese melts faster. 
  4. Place some lettuce on your buns, add your cheeseburger, serve with your choice of sides, and enjoy!
