Smoked Orange Marmalade Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Perfectly seared sea scallops wrapped in applewood smoked bacon with a sweet and spicy orange marmalade sauce.

Ingredients

    Directions
    1. Wrap your scallops with your bacon. Stick wood skewers through them to keep them together. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
    2. Mix together in a bowl some orange marmalade and crushed red pepper. Brush some of that sauce on your scallops.
    3. Heat your non stick grill on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Grill your bacon wrapped scallops on all sides for 3-4 minutes, brushing on more spicy marmalade. Enjoy!
