159. Indian Prawn Vindaloo!
A traditional Indian shrimp vindaloo curry, flavorful and mildly spicy, perfect with a cold beer.

- Fresh Shrimp Peeled & Deveined
- Sliced White Onions
- Grass Fed Ghee
- Organic Cocount Milk
- Organic Turmeric Seasoning
- Mustard Paste
- Fire Roasted Diced Green Chillies
- Organic Clove Seasoning
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- Fresh Chopped Basil
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some ghee, saute your onions for about 5 minutes occasionally turning.
- Pour in some coconut milk, mix well, add some mustard paste, and whisk well to incorporate, season with turmeric seasoning, clove seasoning, and salt. Add some diced green chillies, and your shrimp, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Turn your heat down to simmer, add some fresh chopped basil, mix well and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes occasionally turning. Serve in a bowl, garnish with some fresh chopped basil and enjoy!
