206. Ricotta Spinach & Prosciutto Tortellini Alfredo!
A deliciously creamy ricotta and spinach tortellini with prosciutto and a homemade alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- Ricotta & Spinach Tortellini
- Fresh Prosciutto
- Butter
- Heavy Cream
- Grated Gruyere Cheese
- Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
Directions
- Cook your ricotta & spinach tortellini tortellini's according to packaged instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter. Place your prosciutto in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes occasionally turning. Take out and set aside.
- Add more butter to the pan. As it starts to melt, pour in some heavy cream, add lots of grated gruyere cheese and parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk well and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add your tortellini's and prosciutto to your sauce, gently mix well and cook for about 1 minute. Take out, plate, garnish with some fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy!
