185. Korean Hangover Soup!



A deliciously spicy soup with sauted beef, beautifully seasoned with Korean spices.

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, toss in your roasted seaseed, chopped mushrooms, some of your spring onions, and lots of crushed red pepper. Boil for 2 minutes then turn your heat down to a simmer, simmer for 30 minutes. 
  2. In a bowl mix together all of your sauce ingredients. Toss to coat in your sauce your sliced beef and chopped sweet radishes. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil, stir fry your sauced beef and radishes for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place your beef and radishes in a bowl, pour your broth mixture into the bowl, garnish with some spring onions and bean sprouts, enjoy!
