185. Korean Hangover Soup!
A deliciously spicy soup with sauted beef, beautifully seasoned with Korean spices.
Ingredients
- Sliced Beef
- Chopped Sweet Radish
- Fresh Bean Sprouts
Broth Ingredients
- Roasted Seaweed
- Chopped Portabella Mushrooms
- Large Chopped & Sliced Spring Onion
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- Chili Oil Bean Paste
- Korean Red Pepper Powder
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Red Boat Fish Sauce
- Sweet Mirin Sauce
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, toss in your roasted seaseed, chopped mushrooms, some of your spring onions, and lots of crushed red pepper. Boil for 2 minutes then turn your heat down to a simmer, simmer for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together all of your sauce ingredients. Toss to coat in your sauce your sliced beef and chopped sweet radishes. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil, stir fry your sauced beef and radishes for about 5 minutes.
- Place your beef and radishes in a bowl, pour your broth mixture into the bowl, garnish with some spring onions and bean sprouts, enjoy!
