245. Chicken Satay w/ Peanut Sauce and Yogurt!
A beautiful Thaiwanese chicken satay seasoned beautifully with a delicious peanut sauce and yogurt drizzle.
Marinade Ingredients
- Premium Ground Coriander Powder
- McCormick Gourmet Organic Ground Cumin
- Ground Galangal
- Organic Lemongrass Powder
- Organic Turmeric Seasoning
- McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- Organic Clove Seasoning
- Ground White Pepper
- C&H Brown Sugar
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- Organic Cocount Milk
- Aged White Wine Vinegar
Remaining Ingredients
- Vegan Thai Peanut Sauce
- Yogurt of your choice
- All-Clad Nonstick Grill
- Diced Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Pam Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Culinary Basting Brush
- Wood Skewers
- Fresh Cilantro
- Store bought sliced carrots
Directions
- In a bowl mix together all of your marinade ingredients along with a little water. Mix well. Place your diced chicken in with your marinade, mix well, cover and place in the fridge to marinate for about an hour.
- Skewer your diced chicken. Heat your non-stick grill on medium high heat and spray it with some pam. Using your basting brush, brush your chicken with some of your coconut milk on both sides.
- Grill your chicken skewers on both sides for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Brushing more coconut milk on to keep it tender and juicy.
- Pour some of your peanut sauce in a bowl. Dredge and coat your chicken skewers in your peanut sauce. Plate your skewers, spoon drizzle on some of your yogurt, garnish with your cilantro and some sliced carrots, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
