Truffle Chicken & Broccoli Penne

Tender chicken breast seasoned and seared to perfection with the most delicious truffle penne and broccoli in a sweet and tangy tomato sauce.


  1. Cook your pasta noodles according to packaged instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut your chicken breasts in half. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and truffle butter. Season your chicken with your black truffle sea salt, crushed black pepper, and chili powder. 
  3. Cook your chicken on both sides for 8-10 minutes while basting with your truffle butter and oil. Take out and set aside to rest.
  4. Heat a large pan on medium high heat and bring some water to a boil (about an inch up the pan). Chop the florets off of your broccoli and rinse. Place your broccoli in your bamboo steamer, place your steamer in your boiling water, cover and steam for 4 minutes. Take out and set aside.
  5. Pour some of your tomato sauce in a bowl and nuke in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Plate your penne pasta noodles and broccoli, pour on some of your tomato sauce, season to taste with more black truffle sea salt, top with your chicken and enjoy!
