210. Orange Marmalade Baked Chicken!



A delicious orange flavor infused 1/4 chicken that's both sweet and spicy and served with your choice of sides.

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Take a sharp knife and poke several holes in your 1/4 chicken. Place your chicken in a large bowl and pour in enough orange juice to submerge your chicken, cover and set in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.
  2. Take your chicken out and pat dry with paper towels. season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub your chicken with your orange marmalade.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes to achieve a nice char. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Take out and serve with your choice of sides, enjoy!
