239. Japanese Cashew Chicken!
A delicious chicken and vegetable stir fry, beautifully seasoned with a rich Japanese sauce.
Ingredients
- Diced Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Snap Peas
- Cashew Nuts
- Diced Celery
- Sliced Red & Yellow Peppers
- Ponzu Sauce
- Butter
- Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some of your toasted sesame oil and butter. Toss in your diced chicken, snap peas, diced celery, and peppers.
- Cook while turning for about 3 minutes. Pour in some of your ponzu sauce ( it has plenty of salt in it to season your dish ).
- Continue to cook, occasionally stirring for about 5 more minutes. Plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
