Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Delicious jerk chicken traditionally flavored with jamaican sauces and spices.


    1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add oil up about an inch in the pan. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, ground cloves, and nutmeg. Fry your wings on all sides for about 10 minutes to get a nice char on the chicken.
    2. Transfer your chicken to a baking dish and pour on some of your jerk sauce. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Plate with your choice of sides, garnish with chopped cilantro, and enjoy!
