242. Cherry Pomegranate Sauced Chicken!
An incredible combination of spicy and sweet. Beautiful spice crusted chicken with a sweet cherry pomegranate sauce.
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Breast
- Organic Pomegranate Molasses Sauce
- Jarred Cherries
- McCormick Dark Chili Powder
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Butter
Directions
- Season your chicken breast liberally with salt, pepper, chili powder, and crushed red pepper. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter.
- Cook your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, continuously basting. Take out and set aside to rest.
- heat a small pot on medium high heat and add some of your pomegranate molasses sauce and some cherry juice from your jarred cherries. Toss in some cherries, turn your heat down to a simmer and simmer while stirring for about 1 minute.
- Thinly slice your chicken breast and plate, drizzle your sauce on top of your chicken, plate your cherries and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
