211. Tandoori Chicken Wings!



Traditional chicken wings pan seared with and Indian wet rub and served with two delicious sauces.

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Place your chicken in a bowl, add a good amount of yogurt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric seasoning, and salt. Get in there with your hands and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for about an hour to marinate.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes, transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Plate your chicken, garnish with fresh cilantro, your sauted white onions, lime slices, and red cabbage. Serve with some sriracha sauce, and avocado sauce. Enjoy!
