Sauted beef tips seasoned beautifully with mexican sauces and spices. Flour tortillas with cabbage, onions, radishes, and cilantro. Topped with salsa verde, and chipotle pepper mild sauce.
Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak Chopped Into Cubes
- Flour Tortillas
- McCormick Gourmet Organic Ground Cumin
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- McCormick Dark Chili Powder
- Fresh Sliced Radish
- Sliced Red Onion
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Chopped Cabbage
- Fresh Sliced Lime
- Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- Salsa Verde
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a bowl mix together some salt, fresh ground black pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin. Pour in a little water and mix into a paste. Toss your steak cubes in to coat with your paste.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute your steak for about 8 minutes occasionally turning. In another pan heat up your flour tortilla on both sides for a few minutes.
- Place some of your chopped cabbage on your tortilla, top it with your steak cubes, add some sliced red onions, spoon on some salsa verde, spoon on some chipotle pepper sauce, garnish with your radish slices, a fresh lime slice, and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
