Garlic Herbed Butter Ribeye Steak



Thick end cut ribeye roast seasoned slightly spicy and beautifully grilled with a delicious garlic herb butter slice.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Thoroughly mix your softened butter in a small dish with thyme seasoning and garlic powder. Place this mixture in plastic wrap and roll tightly into a cylinder, seal tightly and place in the fridge for 16 hours.
  2. Heat your nonstick grill on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your steak with sea salt, crushed red pepper, and rosemary seasoning. 
  3. Grill your steak on both sides for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness for a nice med rare temperature. 
  4. Plate your steak, place a slice of your garlic herbed butter on top to melt, let it rest 4 minutes then enjoy!
