199. Warm Coconut Milk Pad Thai!
Deliciously sweet Pad Thai uniquely prepared with Asian flavors.
Ingredients
- Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- Oyster Sauce
- Sriracha Sauce
- C&H Brown Sugar
- Kikkoman Japanese Soy Sauce
- Sweet Radish
- Tofu
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Fresh Chopped Spring Onion
- Thawed Out Chopped Chicken
- Bean Sprouts
- One Egg
- Organic Cocount Milk
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
Directions
Mix together in a bowl fresh lime juice, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce.

- Chop your sweet radish into small chunks, thinly slice your tofu. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil. Toss in your chopped chicken, sweet radish, and tofu. Season with fresh ground pepper and minced garlic. Pour in your soy sauce mixture. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes. Crack in one egg, pour in a little coconut milk and continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Plate, garnish with bean sprouts and your spring onion, enjoy!
