Japanese Gyudon



Authentic Japanese beef bowl, deliciously seasoned and sauted to perfection.

Ingredients


    Directions
    1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, some bonito soup stock, soy sauce, sugar, sake, and sweet mirin sauce. Toss in your onions and cook occasionally turning for about 8 minutes.
    2. Toss in your sliced beef and cook occasionally turning for 1 1/2 minutes. It's so thin, it cooks very fast. Plate over top of rice, garnish with pickled radish and chopped green onions. Top with a egg over easy, sprinkle your egg with sea salt and smoked paprika, enjoy!
