Grilled Huli Huli Chicken

Delicious grilled chicken kabobs brined and beautifully seasoned and sauced with Hawaiian flavors.

Brine Ingredients
Dry Rub Ingredients
    Huli Huli Sauce
    1. Pour some cold water into a large bowl, add all of your brine ingredients. Toss in your chopped chicken, submerge and place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
    2. In a bowl mix together all of your dry rub ingredients, in another bowl mix together all of your huli huli sauce.
    3. Take your chicken out of your brine and pat dry with paper towels. Season liberally with your dry rub. 
    4. Skewer your chicken. Heat your grill pan on medium high heat and spray it with pam. Grill your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes. Brush plenty of sauce on both sides of your chicken as you continue to to grill for about 6 more minutes. Continue to brush more of your sauce on your chicken as your grill and flop. Enjoy!
