160. Pulled Pork Carnitas!



Sauted porkloin seasoned beautifully with mexican sauces and spices. Flour tortillas with cabbage, onions, radishes, and cilantro. Topped with salsa verde, and chipotle pepper mild sauce.

Directions
  1. In a bowl mix together some salt, fresh ground black pepper, chili powder, and ground cardamom. Pour in a little water and mix into a paste. Toss your porkloin cubes in to coat with your paste. 
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute your pork for about 8 minutes occasionally turning. In another pan heat up your flour tortilla on both sides for a few minutes.
  3. Place some of your chopped cabbage on your tortilla, top it with your pork cubes, add some sliced red onions, spoon on some salsa verde, spoon on some chipotle pepper sauce, garnish with your radish slices, a fresh lime slice, and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
