A traditional Taiwanese dish deliciously seasoned and quickly fried.

Directions
  1. Boil your noodles in salted water for about 6 minutes, drain and set aside. Chop off your chinese broccoli stems. In a small bowl mix together some vinegar, sugar, ponzu sauce, and fish sauce.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some sesame oil. Season your chicken with fresh ground pepper. Toss in your chicken, pour in your ponzu sauce mixture and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Crack in one egg, toss in your broccoli stems, and continue to stir fry for another 3-4 minutes. Plate, garnish with some fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!
