110. Healthy Asian Shrimp Salad!



Simple no fuss skewered seasoned and seared shrimp over a fresh arugula salad with a delicious Asian vinaigrette.

  • Olive Oil
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Mixed Green Salad
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Wood Skewers
  • Fresh Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your shrimp with Chinese five spice, and ground black pepper.
  2. Skewer your shrimp, saute your shrimp on both sides for about 3 minutes. Plate on top of your mixed green salad.
  3. In a small bowl mix together some olive oil, hoisin sauce, and red wine vinegar. Mix well and drizzle some on top of your of your shrimp salad, enjoy!
