A classic Fillipino dish, porkloin seasoned beautifully, baked and slowly braised in a delicious pineapple and tomato sauce.

- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Badia Smoked Paprika
- Organic Canned Pineapples
- Organic Pineapple Juice
- Barilla Tomato & Basil Sauce
- Green Chiles
- Red Chili Powder
- Kitchen Basics Beef Stock
- Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Season your porkloin with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red chili powder. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, take out and set aside.
- Heat a pot on medium high heat and add your canned pineapples and the juices, some pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, beef stock, tomato & basil sauce, and a couple of green chiles. Mix well and bring to a boil then turn your heat down to simmer.
- Slice your porkloin into smaller pieces, toss them in your broth, cover and simmer for about 35 minutes, serve and enjoy!
