149. Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken!



Authentic Jamaican brown chicken stew braised beautifully and delightfully seasoned.

    Directions
    1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken liberally with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a little sugar. Sear your chicken on all sides to brown for about 4 minutes, take out and set aside.
    2. Toss your peppers and onions in your pan, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary seasoning, saute for about 5 minutes occasionally turning. Add a little tomato sauce, pour in some really hot water, mix well for about 5 minutes.
    3. Add your chicken and some more really hot water, season to taste with salt, and pepper, bring to a boil, then turn your heat down to simmer. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, serve and enjoy!
