Healthy Baked Quarter Chicken



Simple no fuss delicious quarter chicken, baked and beautifully seasoned.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Stab your chicken several times with a sharp knife. Place your chicken in a large ziplock bag, pour in some apple cider vinegar, seal your bag leaving little air inside. Turn and shake to mix well. Place in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, drizzle a little olive oil in a baking dish. Remove your chicken from your marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season your chicken with sea salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Bake your chicken for about 45 minutes, serve and enjoy!
