- Quarter Chicken
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Ground White Pepper
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- McCormick Onion Powder
- Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Stab your chicken several times with a sharp knife. Place your chicken in a large ziplock bag, pour in some apple cider vinegar, seal your bag leaving little air inside. Turn and shake to mix well. Place in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, drizzle a little olive oil in a baking dish. Remove your chicken from your marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season your chicken with sea salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bake your chicken for about 45 minutes, serve and enjoy!
