142. Truffle Sea Salt Sausage Pepper & Onion Dogs!

    Directions
    1. Slice your onions and peppers. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your sliced peppers, sliced onions, and sausages. Season with your black truffle sea salt. Saute occasionally turning for about 15 minutes.
    2. Transfer your pan to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes to get your sausages cooked all the way through. Toast your hot dog buns in the oven.
    3. Place your sausages between your buns, top them off with your onions and peppers, squeeze on some mustard, season with some more black truffle sea salt, and enjoy!
