- Drained Bush's Red Kidney Beans
- Fresh Corn Sliced Off The Cobb
- Ground Beef
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cento Tomato Sauce
- Cento Tomato Paste
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Organic Chicken Stock
- Red Chili Powder
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- McCormick Gourmet Organic Ground Cumin
Directions
- Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Cook your ground beef while breaking up, add some tomato paste and mix and cook for about 5 minutes or until your beef is browned.
- Pour in some chicken stock and tomato sauce, mix well and bring to a boil. Turn your heat down to simmer, add your corn and drained kidney beans. Simmer for about 30 minutes occasionally turning, serve and enjoy!
