Creamy Tuscan Chicken Alfredo



Creamy, cheesy, and deliciously seasoned penne pasta alfredo with chicken, spinach, and beautiful sundried tomatoes.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your penne pasta noodles according to packaged instructions. 
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes, take out set aside to rest for about 4 minutes then chop into small pieces.
  3. Pour in some heavy cream, add some grated parmesan cheese, whisk well and heat for about 3 minutes. Turn your heat down to simmer.
  4. Add your drained penne noodles, some chopped spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and your chopped chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, toss to coat, plate, add more grated parmesan, enjoy!
