133. Spicy Hoisin Baked Chicken!
Chicken wings seasoned beautifully, baked and basted to perfection with a delicious hoisin sauce.

- Chicken Wings
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- McCormick Crushed Red Pepper
- Hoisin Sauce
- Culinary Basting Brush
- Frenchs Yellow Mustard
- Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- McCormick Granulated Garlic
- Pam Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Diced Onions
Directions
- In a bowl mix together some hoisin sauce, yellow mustard, ketchup, diced onions, and garlic powder, set aside for your dipping sauce.
- In another bowl add just some hoisin sauce, set aside for to brush this sauce on your chicken as it cooks. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Spray your baking dish with pam, bake your chicken in the oven for about 10 minutes. Take out and use your basting brush to brush your hoisin sauce on your chicken. Place back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Take out and brush on some more hoisin sauce. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Take out and brush on some more hoisin sauce. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Take out, sprinkle on a little more red pepper flakes, serve with your hoisin sauce mixture, and enjoy!
