  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette 
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Rosemary Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some olive oil. Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and rosemary seasoning.
  2. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes. Plate on top of a garden salad, drizzle on some balsamic vinaigrette, and enjoy!
