- Butter
- Thawed Out Cooked Shrimp
- Diced Celery
- Diced White Onion
- Chopped Chives
- Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- Half & Half
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- 2 Egg Yolks Beaten
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Grated Gruyere Cheese
- Grated Fontina Cheese
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Sriracha Sauce
- Gluten Free Flour
- McCormick Parsley Flakes
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together your egg yolks, and some half & half. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, minced garlic, your onions, chives, and diced celery, season with salt and pepper, saute for about 4 minutes. Mix in a little flour to create a roux.
- Whisk in your egg and milk mixture, some sriracha sauce, lemon juice, grated gruyere, and fontina cheese, and old bay seasoning. Cook and whisk well for about 4 more minutes. Or until your sauce reaches a nice consistency adding more half and half if needed.
- Place a good amount of your thawed shrimp into a small baking dish. Pour on your cheese sauce, top off with some more grated cheese, garnish with parsley flakes, and enjoy! #recipesbyvanc
