11. Bacon Wrapped Walnut Filet!

 




A super tender filet mignon steak beautifully seasoned and wrapped with smoked bacon and walnut crusted.

  • Filet Mignon Steak
  • Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • Crushed Walnuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Wrap your steak with a bacon strip, stick a toothpick through the end to keep it wrapped. Sprinkle and pat your crushed walnuts onto your steak.
  3. Using tongs sear your steak like your rolling a wheel cooking the bacon to a crisp.
  4. Now sear your steak on both sides for about 6 minutes, during the last 3 minutes add lots of butter.
  5. As the butter starts to melt, continuously baste (slightly tilt the pan to spoon the melted butter over your steak) your steak for the final 3 minutes.
