11. Bacon Wrapped Walnut Filet!
A super tender filet mignon steak beautifully seasoned and wrapped with smoked bacon and walnut crusted.

- Filet Mignon Steak
- Applewood Smoked Bacon
- Crushed Walnuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Butter
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Wrap your steak with a bacon strip, stick a toothpick through the end to keep it wrapped. Sprinkle and pat your crushed walnuts onto your steak.
- Using tongs sear your steak like your rolling a wheel cooking the bacon to a crisp.
- Now sear your steak on both sides for about 6 minutes, during the last 3 minutes add lots of butter.
- As the butter starts to melt, continuously baste (slightly tilt the pan to spoon the melted butter over your steak) your steak for the final 3 minutes.
