- Olive Oil
- Boneless Chicken Breast
- Salt & Pepper
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Mayonnaise
- Chipotle Mustard
- Dill Herb Seasoning
- Sliced Tomato
- Lettuce
- Toast
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dill, sear on both sides for about 6-8 minutes or until there is no pink inside.
- Set your chicken aside and let it rest, chopped your chicken. In a bowl mix together your chopped chicken, your lime juice, mayonnaise, and chipotle mustard, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
- Place some lettuce between your toast, top with your chicken salad, add your sliced tomatoes, and enjoy!
