- Butter
- Flour
- Red Wine
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. As your butter starts to melt whisk in a little flour, whisk well to create a roux. Pour in some red wine and continue to whisk well. Add some teriyaki sauce, season with a little salt and pepper, and continue to whisk until it reaches a nice saucy consistency.
- Fire up the grill, toss your chops on the grill, brush lots of your glaze on your chops as they grill. Grill for about 4 minutes on both sides constantly brushing your chops with your glaze.
- Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
