- Flour Tortillas
- Organic Ground Cardamom
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Grounded Black Peppercorns
- Red Chili Powder
- Fresh Sliced Radish
- Sliced Red Onion
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Chopped Cabbage
- Fresh Sliced Lime
- Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- Salsa Verde
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- In a bowl mix together some salt, fresh ground black pepper, chili powder, and ground cardamom. Pour in a little water and mix into a paste. Toss your chicken breast in to coat with your paste.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Saute your chicken breast for about 7 minutes on both sides. In another pan heat up your flour tortilla on both sides for a few minutes.
- Pull apart your chicken breast with your fingers. Place some of your chopped cabbage on your tortilla, top it with your pulled chicken, add some sliced red onions, spoon on some salsa verde, spoon on some chipotle pepper sauce, garnish with your radish slices, a fresh lime slice, and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
