17B. Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich!



Deliciously seasoned chicken breast and smoked ham between buns with swiss cheese and a beautiful dijon white gravy.

Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, and smoked paprika. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes. 
  2. Top it with folded smashed ham, top that with slices of swiss cheese, cover with a lid, when your cheese starts to melt take out and set aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, toast some nice buns. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter starts to melt add a little flour and whisk well to create a roux. Pour in some mil, add some dijon mustard and whisk well for about 5 minutes until your white gravy reaches a nice consistency.
  4. Place your chicken, ham, and swiss stack on your bottom bun, spoon on some of your white gravy, garnish with some chopped chives, top with your top bun, and enjoy!
