90. Louisiana Fried Shrimp!



Cajun deep fried shrimp no fuss simple, fast, easy, and delicious.

  • Peeled & De-Veined Shrimp
  • Creole Seasoning
  • Corn Meal
  • Flour 
  • Baking Powder
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs Broken Into A Bowl (Egg Wash)
Directions
  1. In a bowl mix together some corn meal, flour, baking powder, and creole seasoning, mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil up the pot about 2 inches. Lightly coat your shrimp in your flour mixture, shake off the excess.
  3. Dredge your shrimp in your egg wash, shake off the excess, lightly coat in your flour mixture, shake off the excess.
  4. Gently drop your your shrimp in your oil, deep fry for about 4 minutes. Take out and place on paper towels to soak up the excess. Serve and enjoy.
