83. Bacon Cucumber Cheeseburger!





A simple no fuss cheeseburger with crispy bacon, cucumbers, and red onions.

  • Ground Beef Patty
  • Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • Sliced Cucumbers
  • Lettuce
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sliced Red Onions
  • Some Nice Buns
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Mayonaise
  • Mustard
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your beef patty liberally with salt, pepper, ang garlic powder. Sear your beef patty on both sides for about 6 minutes for a nice medium cook temperature. During the last few minutes of your cook time top with provolone cheese to melt.
  2. Remove the cheeseburger from the pan and set aside. Toss some bacon in the pan and cook on both sides for about 5 minutes. During the last few minutes of your cook time top with cheddar cheese to melt.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and toast your buns until toasty. Spread a little mayo and mustard on your buns, build your burger, (don't forget your sliced cucumber) and enjoy!
