42. Zucchini Spaghetti!
A healthy, slightly sweet tomato sauced spaghetti seasoned beautifully with sauted zucchini.

- Sliced & Diced Zucchini
- Spaghetti Noodles
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Olive Oil
- Tomato Paste
- Peeled Tomatoes
- Crushed Tomatoes
- Sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter
Directions
- Cook your spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter and oil. Toss in your zucchini, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Saute for about 6 minutes occasionally flipping.
- Pour in some of your crushed tomato sauce, your canned tomatoes, and some tomato paste. Mix well and cook on simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Add in your spaghetti noodles and gently mix well, serve and enjoy!
