42. Zucchini Spaghetti!

 





A healthy, slightly sweet tomato sauced spaghetti seasoned beautifully with sauted zucchini.

  • Sliced & Diced Zucchini
  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato Paste
  • Peeled Tomatoes
  • Crushed Tomatoes
  • Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Butter 
Directions
  1. Cook your spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter and oil. Toss in your zucchini, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Saute for about 6 minutes occasionally flipping.
  3. Pour in some of your crushed tomato sauce, your canned tomatoes, and some tomato paste. Mix well and cook on simmer for about 8 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Add in your spaghetti noodles and gently mix well, serve and enjoy!
