37. Citrus Halibut Buttery Gnocchi!
A beautiful, citrusy, seared halibut over buttery gnocchi tomatoes and zucchini.

- Halibut
- Halved Cherry Tomatoes
- Basil Flakes
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Store Bought Gnocci
- Chopped Zucchini
- Sliced Lemons
- Butter
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt, and boil your gnocchi for about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your halibut with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear your halibut on both sides for about 4 minutes, add lots of butter and when it melts continuously baste your halibut for about 4 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your halved cherry tomatoes and chopped zucchini, season with salt and pepper and saute for about 8 minutes, set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, lots of butter, fresh lemon juice, and basil flakes. As your butter melts toss in your gnocchi, your tomatoes, and zucchini, saute for about 3 minutes.
- Spoon your gnocchi butter mixture into a bowl, top with your seared halibut, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on your halibut, serve and enjoy!
