A healthy and delicious taco with tomatoes, black olives, peppers, cilantro, and white rice. Seasoned beautifully, makes a great combination.

  • Flour Tortillas
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Diced Orange Peppers
  • White Sticky Rice
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  1. Cook your rice according to packaged instructions. Drain and set aside. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Line your flour tortillas with your rice, top with your sliced tomatoes, your peppers, then your black olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with your fresh chopped cilantro, fold your taco, enjoy!
