- Flour Tortillas
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Sliced Black Olives
- Diced Orange Peppers
- White Sticky Rice
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Cook your rice according to packaged instructions. Drain and set aside. Season with salt and pepper.
- Line your flour tortillas with your rice, top with your sliced tomatoes, your peppers, then your black olives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with your fresh chopped cilantro, fold your taco, enjoy!
